i am a having a few problems with fps, mine is a bit strange, when driving at night its pretty stable 71-72 fps, but soon as daylight comes it drops to 48 fps sometimes less, that's when the rubberbanding start's
i don't know if its iberia or something else, but it is baffling & rather annoying.

I see a few things that can be altered.
1.
In your config.cfg:
Change this: uset r_sun_shadow_texture_size "16384" to uset r_sun_shadow_texture_size "2048" or "1024".
16K is very high.
2.
In your config.cfg:
Change this: uset t_averaging_window_length "120" to "240"

Looking at your config.cfg settings you use the Nvidia Profile Inspector tweaks. Change uset g_menu_aa_limit "8" to "0". This will give proper anti aliasing in the main menu, garage and other UI areas.
