Access Mod Dealer crash

When I open access mod dealer my game crashes

Which ever mod adds the Skoda is badly out of date.

Which may be this mod built on top of a Skoda mod:

Mercedes-Benz W222 S-Class Maybach S650 V6.1 1.40, 1.41.scs
