Game keeps crashing even after new install and no mods

Yesterday i was just playing as normal, then i took a break so i could download some mods, it was a car mod, When i opened the game with the mod enabled it crashed on loafing saying something about content change and navigation data being detected. I woke up tomorrow and tried uninstalling and moving all the mods to an folder so i could see if it changed anything. Then i also tried installing ETS2 Again on steam, Nothing ever changed.

That game log still shows the Volkswagen Parati as enabled in the Mod Manager (If that's the mod in question.)

Make a new profile and do not load any mods on it, and try again.

If you wish to remove that particular vehicle in question go to the Steam Workshop page and click Unsubscribe.
