Game crashes while exploring map

I recently decided to get back into the game after a few months of inactivity. While playing on my new account, the game started crashing at random places that prevent me from driving on a particular road. Previously this problem did not happen, I was playing normally. I have not installed any mods. The game is unresponsive during the crash, and the only way to turn it off is to reset the computer.

Your game log is form a quit, not a crash.

The crash log shows an unusual file for the crash (which a dev may understand), but I'd like to see a gamelog.
A quick look on the internet shows it might be your GPU drivers and that reinstalling them may fix the issue.
