Game Not Loading Correctly

Hi when ever I launch my Euro Truck Simulator 2 game it only loads up into a very small box. I have a 24 inch Monitor and everytime I start the game it only loads about 5% of the screen. Please can anyone help me. Thanks

Go to My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the config.cfg file.
Look for the following lines:
uset r_mode_height "1440"
uset r_mode_width "2560"
