No drivers in job agency

Hi,

I play only vanilla game. I reached around level 42, 341 drivers in my company. Half of my garage slots are empty, because since months there are no drivers available for hiring in the job centers. Is there a limit in the game?

As a last addition, that limit is increased from time to time by SCS in big updates (so, in 1.XX changes). But it's something that sometimes had not appeared in the list of the relevant changes. So, be sure to check from time to time, after updates, if there are new drivers to hire (in case you still want more).

I have 307 garages and still have loads more to buy. No point really as there are not enough drivers to populate them. I have garages with Trucks and no drivers. When will SCS increase the driver bank with enough divers to fill every garage on sale to it's full complement of 5? I currently have 127 million and climbing at over 2M per day. I think you can say my company is successful. At the end of the day I suppose it is a driving simulator but why include all these garages and not enough staff to run them?

because it is a relic from the beginning and taken over from GTS and UKTS, it was a mistake to place a garage in every city available and cant be changed know because people could loose their headquarter, the new DLCs and ATS dont make this mistake anymore and only have a few garages placed

And because that there's an option to purchase a garage on a given city doesn't meant you must own that garage.
