I think that's not gonna happen (afaik). It would be too complicated for SCS right now and they have too much work to do with the upcoming American Truck Simulator and more stuff for ETS2

No. It would dumb-down the game. (Like it happened to any and every game that ever crossed to the console side.)

As I know, Sony charge a great amount to the developers and there will be serious code rewrite if it is not planned at the very beginning of the project.

Not to mention, a friend of mine was one of the four founders of Surreal Software in Seattle, and after all the feces (I'm trying to be polite...) Sony put them through, no matter how much they offered, I would refuse to do business with them.
