Indicators/Blinkers

I prefer the cab view outside angle, but when I chose this camera it is very difficult with must trucks to note whether the indicator has gone off or not, is there a mod or update I can use as at the moment I am having to go through the different camera angles to go from one to the other ( I have not got enough buttons on my controller to give dedicated buttons to the two camera angles (cab view inside and cab/bonnet view). Any help suggestions would be much appreciated.

First, what game version you using, do you want external blinkers on all 13 trucks. I can do this & it would be easier just making a mod for all players than me trying to explain how to do it. I am using game version 1.27.2.3 & if i remember right there are changes in truck sounds from 1.26 to 1.27, i have no idea if there are any changes in 1.28.
