Achievement "Property magnate"

I have a problem with the achievement "Property magnate". I have a garage in every city, but I get the achievement not unlocked. What can i do?

Are you using the default SCS map? Were you using any map mods before?
Also:

Every city in ETS2 has a garage except dedicated seaports.

Yes, I use the standard map of SCS and yes, I have times a map mod used. The problem was already there before. Is this now at the cards mod?
Thank you for listing the cities without garage. I use all dlc`s and have now collected 119 garages and just can not find any more.

If you look at your gamelog.txt file (located in ~Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder), do you see messages with 'Garage not found"? If those messages appear, that could be the cause of your issue, because the game remembers which garages you owned/discovered. I don't know if there is another solution, but readding the map mod and then buy all the garages should complete the achievement.

Thank you for your help. I have looked at the file and you're right. Some garages are not found. I will then buy times all the garages on the mod card. Times look, if it folds
