Nope, I am pretty sure that this is hardcoded into the game.
Else someone would already have made a mod disabling it completely.

I have to wait to see if anyone wants the self-guarded to be saved every 15 minutes, I would prefer to reduce it to 2 minutes. It is a file inside 'def.scs'.

The autosave feature is hard coded in the game. The interval between 2 autosaves is roughly 5 minutes real time (approximately 1 hour in game).
Only in map editor you can change the autosaves time using a file inside def folder.

That last line may be misunderstood by somebody who isn't used to map-modding. The map-editor autosave has nothing in common with the game autosave. It is about saving the edited map, periodically, while editing. It doesn't change anything in the game, even if one use a map-mod.

You need a editor_data.sii file, line autosave_interval
File place it in any mod (in def folder)

Negative. This will have zero effect for the game autosave. It is for map-editor sessions only.

Decode the def.scs file, modify the file as you said and re-encode? I would like to enjoy it with autosave every 2 minutes.

2 things are mixed together here. There is an autosave in-game saving your profile every 5 min (which is what OP asking for) and then there is an autosave inside the game map editor to autosave your map while you edit it.
You can not change the interval or even turn autosave off in-game. Regarding the editor autosave, I don't know.
