Service Boat cargo?

Service Boat cargo?

Hi,

Has anyone ever found Service Boat cargo that comes with Special Transport DLC? I haven't seen one ever since Special Transport was released, and I fast traveled a lot, switched profiles (had one at lvl 40, other at lvl 30, the first one I played at some time in the past, before Italia and two cargo related DLC's), delivered all other cargoes, on all routes, etc. I've also completed all new achievements except the two that depend on delivering a Service Boat. It's kinda frustrating that I can't find it.

Edit: Not 5 minutes after I posted this, I started the game, switched to other profile, did only one fast travel, and one Service Boat appeared in Brussel!

IIRC they only spawn in Brussel
