SCS mods and Steam game compatibility

Does anyone know if the mods on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 web site will play well together? I am on Steam and would like to be able to use some of the mods on the Euro Truck Simulator mod list.

In short, it makes no difference, you can use Forum mods together with Steam mods, the only difference is how and where they are saved on your pc, but conflicts between mods can always happen if you're not careful.
It doesn't matter where they are from, Steam mods can conflict with other Steam mods and Forum mods can do the same.
