update 1.40

I have a question,

since I updated ets2 to 1.40 the light system is acting weird to me and during the day I see a light shining on the ground or when I am signaling I don't see that either. and I have all mods off that are not of 1.40. and then it still doesn't work. and after that i deleted whole ets2 from my computer. and reinstalled WITHOUT mods on. but then it still didn't work. and not now. does anyone have a solution for this except to remove mods that I don't have on and don't have in the mod folder. who can help me to fix this?

I suggest you provide some images and a game log.

Post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" for a default install.
