Hello,
I have been driving awhile in Spain now and I've noticed that there are now cargo's to pick up for the event T248 Steering Wheels in Spain anywhere. I also can't find any event cargo in or out of Spain.
Is this a bug?

You can't find event cargo all over Europe.

filter the search for cargo and see if you have any available anywhere

I have the same issue. When event was launched, I was in Algeciras and there were a lot of cargo Thrustmaster T248 Steering Wheels, but I did't took it. After that I visited 5 or 6 cities in Spain, during 48 hours(real life time) and until now I can't find this kind of cargo anymore! I would appreciate any help on that.

Only some cities have the cargo, try others.

There are only a limited number of companies that offer the event cargo and they don't have that many yards in Iberia. The full list (as of v1.42.1.2) is:
Cargotras
Exomar
FLE
GNT
Lisette
LKW
Posped
Renar
Stokes
Tradeaux
Transinet
Both Exomar and FLE have some depots though, so Evora, Guarda, A Coruna, Burgos and Cordoba (all Exomar), Almeria, Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga (all FLE) ought to be possibilities as long as you are close enough to the appropriate yard

Considering that list, the best way to have lots of options would be to move between Italy and France and the base map zones in between.
