Questions for the the ATS anniversary stream about the history of ATS development:
  1. Since the North American road system has many differences from the European road system, what was the most challenging part about making the road system in ATS?
  2. Initially, ATS was was built on a 1:35 scale because it was an "experiment" for SCS. Since then, it has been rescaled as the game has grown in popularity when SCS realized that it could be a sustainable project. When making the first parts of the game, did you guys ever think that it would grow to be as big and advanced as it is today?

What/why was ATS decision to start on 1:35 scale and not be on 1:20 scale on release?

How was the development of ATS found from the teams point of perspective, having going back to this continent for the game. (Challenging, Required a lot of research, Somewhat easy from knowledge/experience of ETS2 and older games etc ...)

What was the biggest obstacle you were faced with with ATS development?

Did initial ATS sales meet/exceed expectations? What exactly were you expecting in terms of day one sales for ATS?

First i like to say congratulations on the ATS Anniversary and thanks for this amazing game.
Then questions for the stream.
1.When you were thinking of a new truck game back then, was the first thoughts of a new 18 Wheels of Steel game?
2.When you found out what kind of game you wanted to make back then, what was your first thoughts about your idea?

Again congratulations and thank you so much for ATS and ETS2, best two games i have ever bought in my twenty-nine-years of playing games.
8-) I am Always on latest patch.

As far as I know, you started out with truck simulators set in the US, and made a whole bunch of them before you started exploring the European realm. Can you talk a bit about going back to the US again with ATS? How does ATS relate to those old games? Obviously ATS is very different in many ways compared to them. Is there any emotional connection between them?

When you were planning ATS, what were things that ETS2 did not have (aside from Weigh stations) did you wish to include to differentiate ATS from ETS2, or did you primarily think the different trucks and terrain were enough?

Which DLC was more successful, Oregon or New Mexico?

When you started working on ATS, what did you think about how long it will take to reach the east coast (and what do you think today)?
I talked to Pavel - don't have questions anymore ... 8-)

When did you start developing American Truck Simulator?

Will there be any Truck tuning packs for American Truck Simulator in 2019?
