How many miles on your LoneStar?
Re: How many miles on your LoneStar?
32,786 Miles and I never tire of it ...
I have been using the SKRS Almar for 2 years (the CSIO lever I never received it) and I am more than satisfied with it.
Otherwise with the TrackIr the retro problem that everyone is talking about doesn't bother me

I don't have any complaints about the mirrors etc. I think it is perfect as it is.

Re: How many miles on your LoneStar?
I end the day in Primm having passed my personal goal for the event.
Not bad going. Not a single mile on the Lonestar that isn't from the event. I get the feeling that once the event is over I'll be shunning the Lonestar and ATS in general for a while.

even if the Lonestar is not my optical favorite truck, i really like to drive him.
the idle engine sound when you look left outside the window its amazing
so far only ~3000+mi on it but i will drive him some weeks/months before change to another one from my garage

Re: How many miles on your LoneStar?
I tried to love the LoneStar, but I just can't. The in-cabin instrumentation is top notch and sort of reminds me of the futuristic look found in the Scania in ETS2, but ultimately the inability to dial in a view that shows the driver's side mirror and still keep the instruments close enough to easily read is a total deal breaker. Plus, even if you do finagle a position where you can see the side mirror, it's an annoyingly small, somewhat useless mirror anyway (especially if you're running a proper rain effect mod). These are my observations after about 50 hours driving one, so I definitely gave it a thorough try.

Re: How many miles on your LoneStar?
Well since my original post I’ve more than doubled the miles on it. Almost 15,000. Thankfully I’ve had some time to get some long drives in and some good screenshots.

Zero. Don't have one.
Re: How many miles on your LoneStar?
The general impression given by reading the various comments is that the LoneStar is not unanimous and that some do not like it.
Personally, I love it and even I'm not at all impatient to see other trucks, I can easily wait with the LoneStar, I think to keep it for a long time even if others come out.
I can spend long moments with him in the game without getting tired.
Ah yes ... I spend 40,000 miles
