Yeah, I might have done it too. Atleast I do use it :)

@ads678. With the official Colorado blog coming today, we will eventually start getting some confirmations to know how close your roads and cities are. I am liking your concept for Colorado though. You could be 80%-90% spot on.

@flight50 Yeah, it will be interesting to see which roads and cities will be included. For Utah I used the map from .dds file, but now starting with Idaho these are all my guesses.
I'm glad that US-550 will be there, which gives me hope that roads in Yellowstone National Park will also be included when Wyoming comes out.
Judging by the latest Idaho blog posts, it looks like NV-225/ID-51 will be included, and possibly Mountain Home as a marked city. Still not sure about the possibility of having (both) Hailey as a marked city and Ketchum (confirmed) as a scenery city because of scale.

Yeah, I hear ya on Yellowstone. There are some very scenic sites in Yellowstone. US-14 and US-26 thru Yellowstone would be well worth the fine. US-191 being the only approved truck road thru there would get old fast. Just give us the fine and lets truck it like CA-120. But we will need a link to I-25 and US-14 does this well. I like your road layout of Wyoming as well.

Yeah it does look like Mountain home makes the map as mapped. A road heading out of Elko would be cool. I wonder if Elko gets enough of a face life for the graphics overhaul. 225/51 would be another route to Idaho and I would appreciate any extra roads. I didn't think that road was possible but, I'll take it.

I have to agree that both Hailey and Ketchum both won't be mapped. Perhaps both are scenic though.

I don't know where to post it, so let it be here - a comparison of the sizes of ETS2 and ATS maps https://i.imgur.com/G0Iz1iC.jpg
So basically eastern part of USA on my concept map looks like ETS2 (in terms of density).
And btw the scale of Britain is also 1:19, not 1:15 (proved by Google Maps).

@ads678 I'm not too sure about your size reference. Technically speaking, Europe is a bit larger than the United States. That img indicates that ATS now is half as large as ETS2 now. Perhaps if the entire US map was overlaid, I could see it better. It could just be my eyes, lol. Now I do agree that Eastern US is very much like the density of Europe is.

This comparison is correct. ETS2 doesn't have Ukraine, Belarus and huge part of Russia, that's why Europe looks much smaller there. Actually I made ATS map even slightly smaller because of scale difference (1:20 vs 1:19). Now look at Texas and France, they look almost the same, like in real life.

Regarding Britain, something odd is with it. Driven time etc is longer compared to IRL, than on mainland Europe. For wha should be similar distances IRL.

+ comparing maps like in the post above, is not quite correct either, sort of.

if same scale, then thetruesize.com would have been the way.

Britain is scaled a bit differently than mainland Europe in ETS2, so more could be included.

Furthermore, I consider that I-80 across Nevada must be redone next.

When I tried increasing scale of Britain to 1:15 it looked much bigger, it is definitely the same scale as the rest of Europe (I was surprised).
@Shiva thetruesize.com shows it similar to my map, + I made ATS map 5% smaller due to scale difference. It can't be 100% correct though, but it's close.
