Awesome mod I love these older style trailers, using one with a old Mack R series since I can't afford the B Series.

You need to add P.I.E. (Pacific Intermountain Express) skins to your pack ;)

Guys, is it just me - it seems as if the back of the trailer is raised quite high over the wheels. In the trailer browser it looks ok, but hitched to a truck the back of the trailer slopes up compared to the front. The wheel arches are so far away from the wheels they would serve no purpose.

Is that supposed to look that way?

Don’t get me wrong, I like the trailer and appreciate the work, I’m not criticizing.

I have said that ever sense v1.35.. The trailer has way to much space between the tires and the bottom of the trailer. Looks really funny.

BK Vissers I didn't accidentally lift it higher. A prototype of why I took these pictures like this.

As you can see, wheel arches don't matter either, but they do. This is not my fantasy.

@selonik Thanks for posting those photos.

I never thought you fantasized the design, quite the contrary, it’s an amazing and interesting mod you created. :)

Why I brought up the issue is a comparison with photos from the Fruehauf Trailer Historical Society, that to my eye make the gap seem somewhat smaller. See here:

Compare that to your trailer:

You can see how I may get the idea that the trailer is riding too high in the back.

That is why I asked my question earlier. ;)

In any case, thank you for making this mod, I really do like it.
