They are really making the passengers give traction to the train as the Flintstones.

Did the road in far-South Plovdiv get an update? On release it was an old and rundown, but when I drove there yesterday it was in much better condition, resembling the real life speedway that was constructed there. Either that or I'm just going crazy.

I'm really, really disappointed about how SCS treated this DLC. I fully understand that it was launched in rush without being fully developed because the deadline approaches. But I can not find any excuses for launching 1.37 and after about half of year after launching this DLC Romania is full of bugs and no-one cares. Speed limits not resolved, signing still buggy, obvious bugs like AI cars stop on pedestrian crossings, GPS routing wrong, no Special Transport and so on. I don't want to talk about how the routes are implemented and weird choosing of roads that was added.

It was clear an unfinished job and left alone, because only Romania suffers this kind of issues.

Quantity of Updates over quality of content is the new norm from SCS.

A forgot to add a short example about what I'm talking about speed limits bugs. Here are just 2 examples, but are all over the place on all the roads in Romania. I understand that you can rush things to launch at the deadline, but you can comeback and finish the testing and QA and add the fixes later. Since it passed half a year and a version update without fixing, it's seems SCS abandoned this DLC forever.

Look at the GPS speed limit and speed limit on the traffic sign (if exists any) at minutes 15:04 and 22:47 on this video
