Is there any thought to placing a truck stop on Highway 70 half way between Kansas City and St. Louis? Sometimes coming across Kansas and Nebraska, its too early to stop in Kansas City to rest and get fuel, but can barely make it to St. Louis for the next rest stop and fuel station. Just a thought.

euro cab overs are great. they are very refined and handle pretty nice. also the whole kingpin and 5th wheel geometry is different to facilitate tight turns. also their longest trailers are 48'

there are no 53' trailers (other than oversized stuff) roaming around.

the problem with those cute trucks tho is that you cant pay me even 5$ a mile to sleep in one. its a joke. more space in a corolla..... also what is an APU for 200 alex... nein!
when potholes and winter?

I need to report a wall on eastbound US-30, just east of North Platte, Nebraska, just as you are leaving town.

its why our cars for the most part are not all small like most are in europe is cause they dont have to be

you also call them Lorry's and for the most part those deliver stuff to neighborhoods in america too

but sometimes its not uncommon for a small trailer pulled by a daycab to make a delivery lik @Sanguinem Luna said

things are different here then they are there

here cabovers never really caught on for the most part

when they were used a lot it was because at the time there was a maximum length law in place that said the tractor (big rig) and the trailer put together could only be so long

therefore if they used a cabover they could use a longer trailer and haul more stuff

but when the law went away so did the need for the cabover and they slowely faded away from the Highway class 8 trucks here in the states Now to my knowledge there are no Class 8 Highway class cabovers in production in the USA
We in Canada still have a maximum length of 23 meters.

48’ must be in the UK as most european trailers are 45’

Im guessing you could probably get a DAF XF in the USA if you wanted as the cab is shared with the K500 oilfield truck as the driveline is also fully Paccar (apart from the ZF gearbox)
The Daf LF series is being sold as kenworth in the US but you can’t get the XF; Scania however is possible to get

Found another bug. On both the North and South exits for I-27 in Plainview, TX, the signs are all placed/orientated incorrectly. First image is the northbound exit, second image is the southbound exit.

You need to take screenshots during that day. Taking them at night makes it difficult to see. You should also not be seeing "tz_cdt" for the time zone. It should just be CDT
