I'm fine with them not adding any new roads, but they'd better at least fix the signage and signalling problems. Vegas can carry this update, but not in its current form.

Yes. Every update I immediately fly over to see if Russell & Las Vegas intersection, and the Rancho Dr exit finally have stoplights added

Russel at Las Vegas Boulevard definately needs stoplights. Ranchero Drive does not, though. The only lane that is affected by the lack of a light is the westbound turn lane. As it is, they simply have to yield to oncoming traffic, which is very common.

I respectfully disagree. I think most, if not all SPUInterchanges are controlled by a signal, and the Rancho intersection in LV is in real life. They have SPUIs all over the map, so I don’t think it would be too much work for them to add the signals.

I've never seen a single point interchange that isn't controlled by a signal either. SCS definitely should add signals to the one in Las Vegas. It can not be left without traffic control as it is right now.

The big thing that bothers me is the lack of signage regarding I-515. Why is there no signage at a major junction with an Interstate? There should never be any doubt about what street you're crossing when you're going onto an Interstate. It doesn't even have any reassurance markers, as far as I can tell, and it should.

Even if you don't have assets for I-515 or I-11 ready in time for the update, signing it as US 93 and/or US 95 would still be better than nothing, which is what I see there right now.

Natvander is in charge of signage. I am completely confident in his abilities so I am not concerned about Vegas signage.....its beta and I truly believe the intent is for all feedback as signage is a polishing up thing.

I'm confident in Nat's abilities, and appreciate what they've added to the rest of the map immensely.

But I don't remember a situation like this (where a large area was obviously totally unfinished) happening before, so I just want to make sure that SCS hasn't forgotten to ping him or something. I'm sure there's a good reason for things being the way that they are now, be it "the assets aren't ready yet", "LV was bumped up to 1.38 at the last moment", or even just "he's busy on Idaho", but I'm not taking any chances if there's a risk of this making it to the full release of 1.38.

I was thinking of a different intersection. Sorry about that.
I guess that just goes to show how badly the new Vegas need signage!
