when i upgraded my game version to 1.38 OB i saw missing accesories on all trucks

Does the same thing happen on a clean, fresh mod free profile?

SCS changes some file naming conventions. All of your mods need to be updated for 1.38.

Unless you're planning to help SCS, or need to test mods you've made/shared it's wiser to stay away from beta's.
But since you're using mods beta testing the game to help SCS with bug reports is pointless, that should be done on a clean vanilla profile.

If you want to change the mods yourself you should have a look at their update pages and the scs modding wiki which have all the info you need.

when the mods will be fixed and list of addons (horns, lights, etc) put into sui file, it will work again (items are still stored in trucks, the game just could not find them right now).
