SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

My mods are activated as of now but not run yet....

You need to use the Standalone version of PaZzMod 1.2.02, as you don't use Viva Mexico.
Replace your version of PaZzMod with this one: https://bit.ly/PaZzModV1202STANDALONE
As Tijuana is part of Viva Mexico, it isn't supposed to appear anyway when not using Viva.

Forgive me as this may be common knowledge, but I'm fairly new to modding and just run C2C, minor urban overhaul, & project east (when it updates). Is this compatible with C2C? Because the map looks absolutely stunning and I'd love to add it onto my C2C profile. If not, I can always just make a separate profile, but I was just curious. Thanks in advance!

I have the Standalone but Mexicali and Tijuana don't show on it... at least the download I have doesn't. But I redownloaded from your link. Thanks PaZz.
Edit: You must have changed the mod. It works but there is still no Mexicali or Tijuana in this version. They were there at one time but only the city name didn't show for Tijuana. Mexicali and Tijuana were also connected by 2 separate highways.

Yes, it's a recently found bug that Mexicali doesn't show up in Standalone version. It's going to be fixed with future MegaResources version 2.1.13 which will be released soon. But again: The Standalone version is not supposed to include Tijuana at all. I've done a compatibility update for Mexico-Maps version (1.2.02a). If you use Standalone version, you don't have to update.
In any case, please make sure that you use recently updated MegaResources (version 2.1.13)!
For Mexico-Maps version make sure, you're using recently updated Viva Mexico (version 2.5.8)!

I got the order correct on the fist post and updated all the files to the latest one but now I have broken unlinked roads near El Centro and Mexicali. Im using the Mexican map and also have the Idaho DLC on1.38
