@Jambosanchez Yes I use Eugenes Scania NG and I use the 3157mm tag axle chassis, it's the chassis thats the closest to the real life chassis of 3150mm
The short tag axle is non existent in real life, its 2807mm but is supposed to be 2950mm, if Eugene or SCS ever deciedes to make the chassis the lenght of the real life ones then Id switch to 2950

Do you use any mods that modify the bumper? Like the bumpers by MC Customs or else? Try to deactivate them

Wasn't there some locator name changes in RJL's 1.39 update? Perhaps there is a definiton/model locator mismatch, if you have modified the chassis yourself with the old locator names, the new locators are missing.
Can you just rebuy the front bumper? I have not updated to 1.39 yet but I suppose I will run into the same issue.

I use Jetta2000 addon for RJL, and the problem is when I rebuy the bumper the option to buy the addon for the bumper dissappers.

That may be conflicting then, I think you have to put the suitable_for: in the definition files for those new locators
If it helps RJL did put the new and old locator name changes in the SW Description and on the Forum
