SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

I prefer this mod over promods for the reason preference over desert driving and the fact California mods seems realistic with a lot of small farming towns. I can't wait for Improved Tijuana and San Diego.

Anyone else noticed traffic only going at 35mph on the 111 east of El Centro? The indicated speed limit is 55mph.

^I assume you haven't seen any ProMods videos. Canada has an extension of US terrain. There might not be desert but there is going to be a ton of Great plains and other regions like the US. The level of detail is right up there with Colorado in ProMods Canada and its only going to get better.

The thing is, there isn't any space at all for anything around the core of Palm Springs, because SCS put the I-15 right behind the mountains. And I want to reflect the density in this area, which is why I've decided to put an exit with Palm desert in between.

Edit: And moving I-10/CA-62 interchange more east would later mean less space on the 62 around 29 Palms

Density will definitely be there. Interstate trav has been expressing density in California and this is part of it.

The 10 -62 jct is literally 15 minutes from my house.
Heads up the Dillon Road 62 intersection has been rebuilt, it’s in the game but just a heads up.

If you exclude Palm Desert have the 111 parallel the 10 to the south and keep the 62 going and please add my house as scenery, lol it would be perfect for this area.

Just don’t forget the Other Deser Cities sign.

From Indio West needs to be dense and this mod for the Salton Sea they need to add the whole thing.

This is the first time my backyard is here so I want to make sure I help.

Regarding the 15 move the curve west, it needs to be otherwise it will keep messing things up.

Well, I‘m really looking forward to it. For nearly every part on the map I remember a real-life spot, and am fascinated that you can make it THAT true to life..

I totally agree. Every update he does I look at Google maps and I'm always impressed at what PaZz does with 1:20 scale. The curvature of the roads are pretty spot on. Then throw on his level of detail and low bugs reports are and I really like what he does. Unfortunately, I don't visit the South corridor enough to enjoy his mod. I think its because of back in the day, I-10 and I-40 burned me the heck out until the map started filling out more. With PaZz redoing a good bit on I-10, that entire area is getting a nice face lift and it look great. When I do venture they way, I make sure to hit up Mexicali as well. When he does San Diego and Tijuana, I'm seriously going to make myself explore all of his mod.
