Yeah I also thought it could be related to construction, or it could be something like Rock Eater in rttbs.

Does anyone know if the Torrejon Airforce base will be there?
It is east of Madrid and is called Madrid-Torrejon, which is the largest Airforce base in Spain.

I tried to search where it could be, but did not find it. And I searched on the north, east, and south side of Madrid. But not the west side.
