Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
It seems that a new click animation of Hazard signal light switch has been added in 1.40.
Interestingly, it did not apply to Western Star 49X in the same layout. In addition, the Western Star 49X's Hazard signal light switch has a lower texture resolution.

I found a video with the Freightliner cascadia digital dash however it is only available as a pre production option

Take it with a grain of salt nothing is 100% sure
Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
The digital dash looks very good on the Freightliner. They kinda screwed it up on the Peterbilt and Kenworth by not retaining the rectangular shape (just my opinion). It looks good on the 389 though.
Anyways, I wish to see this upgrade to the in-game Cascadia once its production begins, especially for the A-Pillar deflector and the dash of course.

I hate those Motorola Xoom tablets. TBH, PACCAR did a better job with 579 and T680.
I have approximate knowledge of many things
Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
The button decals texture is mostly the same as the Cascadia's but has been scaled down to half the resolution. For some reason the truck shows a trend of remaking existing parts in lower quality
Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
Although the two vehicles arrived similarly in the ATS,(Perhaps the in-game model of Western Star 49X started making later than Freightliner Cascadia) it is regrettable that there is a noticeable difference in quality.
I wonder if this is intended.

Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
SCS already told us the story behind the 49x when it was started and why it was limited when it released last Sept.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Re: Freightliner Trucks Discussion Thread
There seems to be no talk about the difference in texture resolution size between the Cascadia & 49X.
It's not a big problem, but I'm just curious about the reason.
