Kenworth Trucks Discussion Thread
Re: Kenworth Trucks Discussion Thread
Drove past an old needlenose yesterday, looked like it just rolled out of a showroom and was hauling a trailer, nice to see.

Someday, i would really like to see more sleeper variants for the W900... The ones we have are either the Studio 72inch or the Studio 72inch with the air deflector... a low roof variant like the one we have for the 389 would be very nice.

^^^ yes! And to depict the newer couch/bed interior of the 86” studio sleeper

With the recent reveal of the New Peterbilt 579 from Paccar earlier today, I'm quite excited to see what the Next Gen T680 looks like!
Here's the most recent teaser image of the Next Gen T680: Be sure to follow updates for the reveal here: https://twitter.com/KenworthTruckCo
Once this new rig is fully revealed, I'll go ahead and update the poll to include this new model.

Re: Kenworth Trucks Discussion Thread
looks like the same day running light used on the new p579 (yes they are both owned by Paccar) but I thought they would make themselves unique to each other when it comes to the final signature...

I have a feeling the interior is going to be the same as the new 579 with some small differences inside
Take it with a grain of salt nothing is 100% sure

Here's a new perspective of the new Kenworth T680. It looks like the fenders and sideskirts got a major redesign.

I'm not too sure if I like it either. The took the nice gentle curves that gave the T680 a a cool and aerodynamic look and made them really boxy and jagged. I think the turn signal/marker light on the back of the fender is a bit strange too. I prefer more traditional "boring square" designs for lights.
