My new guess is near Szeged, given that it's district Kiskundorozsma has a windmill: https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magyarors ... %A9lmalmok Based on the list, it's the only windmill in Hungary near an included motorway exit.

I think I'll have a final guess, and if I'm wrong, I'll try again tomorrow when I can look in the game...
It slightly reminds me of the crossing of M5 and M0, even though the area doesn't really have any windmills.

About the windmill and village: I pretty much knew they don't really exist in this way, but it's still a recognizable place as you just prove.
