This link is no good. It comes up with a 402 not found message. I have tried thst method SEVERAL TIMES. I'm beginning to believe that SCS does not give a damn about the people who are paying SCS's income. It's an obvious revolving door of getting no where but very angry. This support system is a POS. Prove me wrong, I bet you can't.

402 is an "unofficial" payment error, this is an email address this error is illogical

Clicking the email address won't do anything unless you have your browser setup to automatically start an email draft when you click an email address. If you don't have that setup, you should manually go to your email and compose a new message. Copy and paste the address into the recipient field like shown below.
