Maybe some local can enlighten us about the importance of Mengíbar and why is it any different from Bailén, I only know Bailén and it's for historical reasons (the first ever defeat of a Napoleonic army was in Bailén battle).

Olive oil perhaps?
Oh, okay, thanks!Marcello Julio wrote: ↑02 Mar 2021 19:28It was in the blog post of the release of update 1.38: https://blog.scssoft.com/2020/07/euro-t ... lease.html
Re: Iberia Discussion
Olive oil both? I ignore it, that's why I ask.
Re: Iberia Discussion
No, it seems to be ceramics for Bailen. Lots and lost of ceramics.
Re: Iberia Discussion
It has to be something else, the most important ceramic factories are elsewhere. Anyone here from Jaén province? I'll ask a coworker of mine tomorrow (she's from there).
Re: Iberia Discussion
I mean. From simply looking at it on Google Maps, I don't see what else can it be.
And I don't see why the existence of more important centers of some industry should prevent the inclusion of smaller locations of the same industry.

Re: Iberia Discussion
After remembering memories of driving in the Guarda area and google maps, this route could possibly be the entrance to Guarda: https://www.google.pt/maps/dir/40.44474 ... m2!4m1!3e0
The beggining of the blue line is the A23 (the same highway of the other image of Guarda that we had) exit to a region south of Guarda (https://www.google.pt/maps/@40.4454698, ... 312!8i6656)
then theres a intersection (https://www.google.pt/maps/@40.4357368, ... 312!8i6656) and if we turn to the right here we go to N-18 that has beautiful landscapes (https://www.google.pt/maps/@40.4637281, ... 312!8i6656) (sadly a forest fire happened a few years ago there so it hasnt got a lot of trees) and then we reach the G roundabout (https://www.google.pt/maps/@40.5234053, ... 312!8i6656)
What do you think?

Re: Iberia Discussion
@IvanKuz, don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I'm just trying to understand why 1 town and a village apparently so close and similar to each other get to be on the map.
On the last video we saw that Algueña would belong to Murcia and not be a single town even though it's in a different province and region, and we're talking a 3 times longer distance to Murcia than between the two former Jienense cities. I'm sure there must be a reason for it all, I simply ignore it.
