If you find even minor errors in your brand new I am sure we all will be nitpicking

I just drove on A-7 and AP-7 and what a beautiful highway it is!
The A-7 from Málaga to Almería has sights never seen on ETS2, that remember (at least for me) Arizona and Utah. Then Múrcia is beautiful (i loved the roundabout with a huge colourful sculpture). From Valencia to the north there is more vegetation, but still beautiful, and Barcelona is amazing, with the wonderful Porta de Barcelona on the city entrance.
Thank you so much SCS for making this amazing DLC, the roads and landscapes are very well recreated, and dont let the negative comments demotivate you, because no matter how well made something is there will always be people that dont like your work.
Good trucking!

What you're saying just isn't true at all, I didn't attempt any blackmail :)
I know Polish community is demanding and we're never happy, but we should start noticing more positives. And reading some of your posts, I actually noticed you were happy with driving around Iberia, so I'm glad to hear that!

I speak for myself, not for whole SCS Software, keep that in mind. And I didn't say I will give up. I did my best, I'm proud of it - there are mistakes but they'll be fixed. Nobody's perfect.

As you mentioned, there are people who aren't as 'strong' - and I'm pretty sure they don't read this forum. I'm used to complaining about small things, as that was happening with ProMods too. You won't kill my motivation with whining, but sometimes it just feels unfair ;)

About asphalt textures - it was discussed in the team and we realized there's literally zero variation in real life. You can check Street View in various regions in Spain and see basically the same asphalt everywhere. Some mappers changed asphalt where necessary, but those are very rare situations.
Are you serious? Did the team look at streetview/youtube or other recourses? I see plenty of vararion in asphalt textures..Promods nailed that in Spain, since you were/are a developer there as well it might be a good idea to bring some knowledge from there to the SCS team. This is not in any way a attack to SCS, just feedback to improve things ;)

If you think you can do such a better job yourself, why don't you apply to SCS instead of complaining?

Found this auto service business in Badajoz, right near where I was making a pick-up. To my eyes, adding the truck service interactive to instances of this prefab or ones like it could go a long way to filling in some of the large gaps where there aren't independent truck service locations.

Also, Iberia is still using the same truck service center prefab as RTTBS, which is nice enough but completely anonymous. No "Truck Repair" or similar signage. Not even a lot of repair-related items out in the parking area like some of the older ones. If it weren't for the map marker and green service icon in front of one of the bays, you really wouldn't know visually that it's a truck service shop. I'm surprised they haven't been dressed up with an advertising sign or two like the ones in ATS.

each country, for itself, chooses one standard for road construction. that's why the roads there look basically all the same.
asphalt can look different due to different lighting or wear and tear. the impact of the environment on it.

but in any country, there is basically only one road paving or asphalt mixing technology used in each country.
which is chosen by the ministry of road construction of each country, taking into account the peculiarities of the relief and climate.

Question: does the Seville interchange make any sense IRL? Because in the game it's a convoluted mess which kinda doesn't.

I have put 30000 km since release and can say I love this DLC. I don't think I will get bord of it soon.

People stop complaining and enjoy. Is a game not real life. bugs will be ironed out and improvement will be made. Have patience.
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.
