I believe it will be interesting! Something "outside" related to the games itself!

talking about the DLC cover. I hope that this will not be the only DLC about Russia. therefore, Moscow is best suited for the seat on the cover as Heart of Russia and the largest city in the European part of Eurasia.
the cover looks really cool.
when, as for the Far East and the next DLC about Russia, nature may be more suitable for the cover. like Baikal or the Ural mountains for example.

and wanted to ask a question about Steam :o . everyone has this problem? I noticed that about three weeks ago it appeared and before this it was not.
when Overlay is enabled ON in Steam. invoked on click Shift+Tab. and a window is open ( dialogue or even list of friends ) you get -20fps in any game. and each new window - another -10-20 fps.
when I close absolutely all windows and tabs I get fps back and how it was a month a year ago.
I wonder what happened to Steam and what kind of update it is.
in the steam settings, unchecked the overlay, turned it off so that it would not eat fps in games.

I've been using Steam for a long time and never had this problem. I hoped it would be fixed in steam updates. but no.
why their windows affect the processor so much that fps drops in any game launched in Steam when their Overlay enabled.

Texas and Montana have also changed to "coming soon" on Steam.

"coming soon", but what exactly means "soon"...? So, it tells that it comes, but when...?

I kinda suspect that a big reason they're even doing this DLC right now is because they know Russia will take several expansions and they don't want to be stuck doing them all in a row.

It's a pretty weird choice otherwise, given the resulting network.

Yes, and also they might try to avoid politically sensitive areas as long as possible.

Western Balkan: Kosovo a separate country or not?
Eastern Ukraine: what about Donetsk?

Whatever they would choose in these cases, some people would be hugely offended. So it's understandable if they choose to postpone these areas and go for other areas first.

Yeah, but in the end SCS cannot keep everybody happy. Also, SCS cannot postpone politically sensitive areas forever. Sooner or later those areas must be filled in; otherwise we would have huge empty gaps in the map, which a lot of us hate.

I don't see any problem in creating in game any politically sensitive areas. just show it as it is at the moment in real life.
Yes, some may agree, some may not. only in real life do we have a concrete and definite situation.

if some changes suddenly happen, then it is easy to fix it in game in the form of a small 2mb update at any time.(only the border line on the map and the colors of the flag will change).
whatever happens roads, cities, rivers, forests, factories, everything will remain the same.
