My respawn doesn't work

Hello guys.

So i click the 0 and go flying to another place in the same city for example and i position myself in the spot that i want and then click F9 and nothing happens... the truck "doesn't join me "!!

Can anybody help please!?? Thanks

It's CTRL+F9 now. Due to F9 being the command to bring up the chat for Convoy.
