could Serra da Estrela be done in the current scale? Guarda is located near it

While Serra da Estrela a very scenic area (love the look of N232's curves near Manteigas), I don't think its addition to Iberia is very likely. I think the most reasonable way to feature it would be to extend the N18-1 road from the village of Vale de Estrela, which already exists in the DLC as a part of Guarda. The hypothetical road would have to be a dead end to a company or end in Coimbra, because there doesn't seem to be much space available. There are no nearby closed exits along A23 or A25, either.

As Sense said there's not enough space for a good recreation, though it would be cool for example to have the water company between Manteigas and Gouveia, there's actually a decent number of trucks going there daily.

# GD,LE,VC up to ~3000, not enough templates, so we use 2099 as maximum and re-use L tokens
What does "not enough templates" mean exactly on this line in license_plates.sii? Does that mean that, i.e., a GD-2503 plate can never spawn because number 2503 is already in use by the upper (BR/E/SE/VI) series (that is what i could understand)? If this kind of limitation is removed, GD could use up to 3999, VC could use up to 4999 and LE could use up to 3999, possibly up to 4999 (awaiting further confirmation)

that means there is internal array for like 6 templates (def0 to def5). in most cases its enough.
but if you have some specific LPs like very detailed and differentiate portugese trailer plates (they roughly reflect valid series per region), you have to improvise a bit (group regions with similar counts and re-use parts/tempates). or make it simpler and less accurate.

GD-2503 will never spawn across the country because that format is from 16** to 20**.
but this counts only for generic portugese plates. directly in city you could meet anything from 1000 to 2999 (see different and more specialised definition in city data).
so technicaly it will works as you should not meet any "suspiscious" plate.

well yes, looking back it was not that good idea to make it more detailed maybe because every few months somone will complain, that actual series are further. :)
Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

Maybe because of this my mod isn't working? Because i even modified the license trailers plates on city data (Évora and Setúbal were to spawn 10XXX and 11XXX plates as i intended)

This is the best map DLC for so far!!!!

For example = the smaller tollgates and different type of small roads (like in A Coruña towards the building place so narrow) i hope russia dlc will have the same and maybe even better.

Looking forward to some more roads from this dlc implented in the rest of europe!!!!

This DLC made playing ETS2 fun again!

Some things i do want to say about. Is the nice pothole's that they are made in this DLC but there is nothing happening when you drive over them.

Also when driving over the bridge in lissabon there are a loads of expansion places which normally would shake your cabin and let the wheels make a bumpy sound. I hope this can implented as well.
