Three Screen setup

I have a problem of setting up the multimon_config.sii for thrre monitor setup i dont know how to set the data for the multimon_config.sii file so could some one help me i atached a photo of my monitor setup and the main problem is that the main and left moniotors are landscape and the right one is portrait so if some one can help me it would be gratful
