bug on the screen [SOLVED]

Whem i pass this route in the photo (route 25 near the city of Casper Wyoming) the screen is all distorted and only returns to normal when i approach the city of Casper

Try verifying your game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.
