Hello,
I want to convert something from the middle formats to binary formats, but I can't get it working. I installed SCS Conversion tools and I'm using the conversion helper in Blender. I have some screenshots of my errors, and the mass_convert.log. The weird thing is, when running the conversion, everything seems fine, but at the end it says "mass conversion ended with errors, please check log file".
However, in the log file there is no trace of an error whatsoever. I really don't know what to do anymore. I tried to find some things on the internet, but those didn't work.
I hope you guys can help me!
Here are the screenshots I was talking about:
In the end of the conversion: the error I was talking about.

I can't put my mass_convert.log, because it is too big.

Re: Convert pic/pim/pit
then load it to pastebin and give the link, clearly there is an error, the window moves so fast you wont see it directly

It is to big to paste on pastebin, so I used wetransfer. I hope this works. With CTRL+F I didn't find any errors, but it could be that I used the wrong search word.

Re: Convert pic/pim/pit
How can I fix the piece streams? I don't know what that means.
Re: Convert pic/pim/pit
The piece stream errors are probably due to the shader that SCS Software uses for the reflective shaders, most specifically the "retroreflective" shader.
They use the "retroreflective.piko.alldir" shader flavor, which Blender Tools does not fully support. It does things to the vertices when they export from Maya for the game on the SCS side.
You'll need to change the "stream count" in the reported sections from 5 to 4 in the relevant PIM files to make Blender Tools play nice with them.
It would be nice if SCS Software would give us the exact tools they used to make files for the game, but most people cannot afford Maya and Blender itself doesn't support whatever that "retroreflective.piko.alldir" does when SCS exports from Maya.
