Game crash and image bug near Felixtowe

Hello, yesterday after update, I was getting near my destination and this happened.

I show where it's happening and if I drive a little further, the game crashes and close.

Looks like your game files are corrupt.

Try verifying your game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.

If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" for a default install.
