SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

If you're using this mod on the 1.43 beta, you won't have the locator pins for the A pillar deflectors on the 2022 model year Freightliner Cascadia. When 1.43 is out of beta, I will have an update to this mod that contains a fix for that as well as some other goodies I've been working on.

In the next update of this mod, I'm considering dropping support for the sound improvements. Instead, I would recommend using Kreichbaum's sounds. It seems that many users are already using his mod anyways. Before I make a decision about dropping support for the sounds portion of this mod, I just wanted to ask and see if anyone here would prefer if I kept them in this mod.

In my case, I like your mod and Kriech's, so I support you if you want to remove the sound, hopefully you will be encouraged to place the 73" cascadia fifth wheel and the GPS in all the 49X cabs.

Do I understand correctly that there are no built-in GPS in the Western Star?

Correct, this mod removes it. In the future, I will look at making the GPS optional on the Western Star.

Can we get a steer/liftable 8x6 axle configuration? On all cabins as well see them on a lot of day cabs here in Oregon!

This mod currently does not work on the 1.44 public beta. If you use this mod on the beta, expect major issues! An update will be out as soon as I have time to do one.
