I can't find that specific model for 1.37 -> 1.39.
I just found a more modern version.
Could it be that it doesn't exist anywhere ?

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. atleast it doesn't exists on this forum, yes there are a few cars uploaded ....
but as it is mainly a forum for these two truck simulator games there's reason for that obviously.... you would probably get more hits doing a googlesearch.

I've tested more than 50 passats and none are the same.
the only thing i found were these two links, but they conflict with something i couldn't figure out.
is there any way to find this problem ?

I've seen this car but I didn't download it because it's version 1.32
