'Rainbow'-textured trees in Spain and southern France

Hello friendly forum people, as the title of this post said, I have a weird problem with 'rainbow' textured trees/bushes all across Spain and southern France - picture of how it looks is attached.

I have no idea how this came to be, I haven't had mods in my save for a long time, and never had this problem before. It only popped up a few days ago.

PC specs:
Win10 build 19043 64-bit
Intel i5-8300H
Nvidia Geforce 1050Ti
(RAM and storage shouldn't matter, so won't list)

Graphics settings: see attached pictures

I hope anyone can tell me what's causing this issue

Try verifying your game files.
In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.

Well, it seems it is now indeed fixed, thanks for pointing out my oversight!
