International LT and Lonestar has some weird AO baking and geometry inside

LT/Lonestar they really have a sense of incompleteness. And the finish doesn't exactly match the brochure.

Scania has a partnership with International to sell Scania branded trucks in the mining industry in Canada.

Is this partnership also extendable to the US? I remember one day i found some American Scania ads from the 80s on a Google search

In the 80s they have tried with 3 Series (I think) but they failed.

imo Scania should develop series of models exclusive to North America

Too late for that I think, this business doesn't have the profit margins as it used to be three decades ago, nobody is willing to risk such an ample expansion. Their parent bought International Navistar, is risky enough already.
