Why there is no Lens effect?

why is there still no lens effect in the game? in areas where direct sunlight is reflected, a glow effect usually occurs in the form of a bright halo of light and a lens effect. I think this should be corrected. including headlights. also in strongly reflected light there is a decomposition of light into spectra in the form of rainbow rays. then the light from the headlights and the sun will feel brighter and more realistic

There's a big difference between can and want to. Maybe they can (likely would require a lot of work), but it's unlikely they want to.

It may not be important because this is primarily a first-person game. Main thing is to make the image like your own eyes would see, not as you would looking through a camera or watching a movie.

I know a lot of games have this feature, but it's one of the first things I turn off in the settings. I want to see the game world like the real world, not a movie.

Yes, many developers put those lens effects to simulate the movie experience. But it doesn't fit with a first-person perspective unless it's a photo mode. And photo mode in ATS does not work like photo lens at all.

Its not about movie, its about human eye. It is. People able to see this effect even without glasses
