Same loading structure like you. One question: Did you also get a vegetation error from RTA1.2.1 (veg.5000)?

SibirMap isn't showing the right timezone, it only shows MSK Moscow time. I'm not sure the load order should be SibirMap the lowest if using ProMods and RusMap, because their Russia.sui only contains the MSK timezone.

But putting SibirMap above them also doesn't work! ...does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks, I knew about that timezone fix, but something is still off. For reference a picture, from Almetyevsk (Альметьевск) to Bavly (Бавлы) it should be Moscow Time MSK, with the fix enabled and highest prio it shows Samara time MSK+1. And then, at the spot in the picture time switches to Moscow Time MSK, where it should actually be Tchelyabinsk MSK+2.
