More and/or custom special parts in blender to show/hide meshes (beacon is missing) + corresponding light_type for light sources and flares (e.g. custom1, custom2 and so on) which are assignable to keyboard. That would greatly expand the possibilities.

Possible applications would be cabin light with visible/illuminated lamp, any kind of accessories that could be interacted with, frequently used ADR signs would be possible ... as i said, many different things could be done with it

I want dear developers to move away from politics and hear the opinion of the players. I would also like the developers to add new Volvo tractors and the new MAN TGX 2020 to the game

Is it the right time to release HoR (under a different name, ofcourse)? Personally I'm slowly changing my 'no' vote into a 'yes' vote. Because when I drive with my modded profile in RusMap I don't think about the situation in the world. I'm more looking at the architecture, road networks, landscapes, etc. I notice that I'm looking in a different way at Moscow in RusMap than Moscow in the real world. Because in the real world you cannot close your eyes for politics or war. But in RusMap it's not that hard to close your eyes for politics or war.

When I drive in London in ETS2, I don't think of whatever partygate or Brexit, and when I drive in Istanbul I don't think of Erdogan. I just look at the Thames, Tower Bridge, Bosporus, Hagia Sophia, etc.

If you'd ask me a month ago whether SCS should release HoR or not, I would have said no. But now...? Yes, maybe.

HoR isn't a hot potato for SCS; it's directly and absolutely a "radioactive potato" that could only be worse if those radioactivity wouldn't be figured but literal (hopefully we will never reach that point).

SCS wouldn't release HoR not even in a feverish dream where all ETS2 players would think the same and want the DLC. It would take only minutes for SCS to be pointed by all fingers on Internet and put to shame, no matter the reasons or the details. And with such an scenario, no company would have any relation with SCS to avoid the contagion on such a PR shitstorm. Internet is very good for certain things: to turn somebody/some company into a pariah is one of those things. Go imagine Oscar going to try settle more licensing agreements to find as an answer: "You were those who released a Russian-themed DLC while bombs were still flying, right?"
