It seems that the problem has been fixed. Today I had no problem. I found all my workshop mods enabled.

I have noticed no troubles as well just yesterday night for mostly all Workshop MODs. But there is something I do not understand: I have as well seen no Steam App, no ETS2/ATS updates as well, nor I have seen updates of SCS Workshop Uploader for that matter. What happened, actually? Does anybody know? Just to understand…

IMHO the problem was during ‘Querying subscribed items' on the Steam Workshop at the very beginning of the game start. Something was going wrong, and we were not seeing the full mod subscription list. That explains the issue could be fixed in the subscription querying procedure on the Steam server's side (because it was affected not only on ETS2/ATS games as I heard).
