Game crash during ride (with or without mods) [NOT A BUG]

Hello Truckers,

My game was crashed when I was near Milano close to a toll collection gate. Game just froze for 2 secs and shut down. I turned back and tried chose the road near Suzzara, but the problem occured again.
I turn off all mods, game reset my delivery. I started next one (Location: Lodz, Poland) and after a few minutes game crashed again.

I'll hope you find a solution for it.

This is the error and even I did not test this myself (yet), I am pretty sure this belong to bug section. (as a missing or corrupt file)

I feel a bit ashamed that I didn't try this method earlier. The problem was solved - 2 files was corrupted. Thank you very much for your help.

The elephant in the room here is WHY are the files failing to download correctly, and why is it only base.scs and why is it happening to both ETS2 and ATS on a regular basis.
