You are welcome sir. Glad the information helped. The GVW laws changed around 1983 + or - when ICC was deregulated. Remember each state must comply with DOT standards. Each state can and in some instances apply stricter DOT regs. Especialy when it comes to length, GVW and bridge requirements.

Thank you once again for all your efforts & time you have invested in producing some realistic mods.

Any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi Smarty thinking about load information for the Timpte superseal & or other refers. GVW 73,280. For 80,000 GVW maximum load weight would be 45,000 + ice and or other.

Swinging Beef: About 125 head of processed beef cut into halves & quarters = 40,000 lbs + a set of meat hooks long and short. about 40,685 lbs with a nose rack for the hooks. Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma & Texas Panhandels. East or west to the west coast. East to New York Hunts Point Market, Conneticut.
Swinging Pork or lamb same weights + hooks. Cant remember how many head. Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma & Texas Panhandels. East or west to the west coast. East to New York Hunts Point Market, Conneticut.
Broccoli: Loads typicaly loaded on pallets. 40,000 lbs + Pallet weight. Then add ice: They blow in chipped ice add about 2,000 to 3500 lbs. Load weight = 42,875 lbs_43,500 Lbs. California east.
Lettuce & cabbage is typically hand stacked not on pallets. Central & Southern California east.
Fruit types. Grapes & berries on pallets yes. The loads are gassed thru the rear inspection door. Gas preserves the grapes and berries. Use to gas bananas as well. Banana loads primarily brought thru the Old Mexico into the USA at border crossings. Del Rio (Black Rock), Laredo, Nogales. Put into a ware house then re loaded
on to a USA Truck.
Oranges, Pallets and or hand stacked. Gas or ice No.
Pecans Las Cruces area. Shipped world wide.
Chillie Peppers. Las Cruces Area Primarily to west coast, East coast & Colorado.
Onions, Tarped falt bed or refer unit. Need to open all air vent doors and inspection doors. Onions will build heat and cook. Las Cruces and Colorado San Louis valley. East & west coast.
Potato loads Bagged, Colorado San Louis Valley, Farmington< New Mexico area.
Carrots southern California Bakersfield area. shipped north and east.

Most produce loads will go thru a produce broker that sells to grocery store chains.

Not certain if the above information will be beneficial or not...Havent covered all produce and or meat loads. Some of the basics...

Hello. I was in need of some help or insight on your timpte super seal. I wanted to make the super 2 to have option of being painted. I copied the front wall and made another stand alone version. Everything worked fine right and looked correct in game. I then preceeded to edited the new front in blender and made the white of the unit separate so I could have it painted. After exporting from blender Everything looks and works except now the fan has disappeared. No errors in log. And fan was there on your variants working as intended.

1.1.1
- Fixed paint job mapping on several body options (roof on 12'6", lock rods/hinges on side door, etc)
- Added advanced marker light options

Updated paint templates are available on SCR as well.

I like this old trailer, Smarty! And the wheelspack is a must have for ATS. The trailer fits well to the Pete 362 or the 352, for a K100 too and also to a Pete 378/379 and maybe to a "younger" old W900A. Great job and lag free on PM Canada! Best regards!

Smarty, from your template for the paint job I don´t know where should I put the front_structure file. So I can´t paint the bottom edge of the front. Do you have a recommendation?

Hi Smarty The Timpte Super Seal is a beautiful trailer and fantastic detail.

Not seen any Reefer mods and or SCS Refers with a Inspection Door.

Please and Thank You Sir. No Rush. Adding a back inspection door. RL when ordering a refer trailer. The customer would have a inspection door added to the right door about center. 12 inches above the bottom of the door. The inspection door had a piano hinge on top and a single spring loaded latch to keep the door sealed. Latch on the bottom of the inspection door. About 5 inches wide and 10 inches tall. After a refrigerated load was loaded the doors would be closed and a seal thru the right door lock.

Then you would take a Pulp Meter (Themometer). About 1 inch in diameter with a 1/8 inch round extension 5 inches long came to a point. In order to test back load temps. Meter Test. Put it in a glass of Ice water. After 2 minutes it should indicate 32 degrees F.

On Tempreture senasative loads you would open the inspection door and stick the Pulp Meter in the product. Example. 1/2 Beef or Boxed Beef, Strawbaries, oranges, carrots, lettuc and so forth. When you stopped the rig open the the inspection door and check the rear load tempreture.

A lot of loads fresh produce and meat loads must maintain 34_36 degrees F. Cannot Freeze the load. Constant tempreture is critical. Frozen loads would do the same depndent on the load want to maintain the tempreture. -15 up to 28 degrees typcally.
