I don't know if this has already been asked and answered,but i'm curious about the cities that have been removed from the map in the first versions,will them be rebuilt or will never return?

Yes, but the main dev can't have a pc until June or July. You have to be more patient :D

yes I created an account, it downloads for 30 minutes but then it says "failure prohibited"

The website or the download on your browser?

Edit: Once you click download that's sent to your browser to handle so I think it is the latter. Are you using any downloading accelerators?
